While the Model Y has better maximum horsepower, the 2024 Mach-E’s numerous performance upgrade options narrow that competition gap. 

Volkswagen’s ID.4 has a more appealing base price that is almost equivalent to the Mach-E but offers less range at 206 to 291 miles and only 282 maximum horsepower, making the Model Y a better choice in MotoPickers’ view.
